WHAT IS A PROOF AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT THAT I LOOK AT IT?

 

In printing terms, a proof is a one-off copy of your document after all modifications and printing setup processes have been completed. It is your last and best opportunity to make sure that the print job comes out the way you want. By carefully inspecting the proof, you can help us assure an accurate, flawless delivery of your print job on the first run.

WHY DO THE COLORS LOOK DIFFERENT ON MY SCREEN THAN PRINTED?

 

In short, printers and monitors produce colors in different ways.

Monitors use the RGB (red, green, blue) color model, which usually supports a wider spectrum of colors. Printers use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color model, which can reproduce most—but not all—of the colors in the RGB color model. Depending on the equipment used, CMYK generally matches 85–90% of the colors in the RGB model.

When a color is selected from the RGB model that is out of the range of the CMYK model, the application chooses what it thinks is the closest color that will match. Programs like Adobe Photoshop will allow you to choose which color will be replaced. Others may not.

WHAT'S YOUR MINIMUM? 

 

Our minimum for printing shirts is 25 pieces for 1 color designs, or 50 pieces for multiple color work.

For hoodies, our minimum is 25 pieces.

 

HOW MUCH DOES PRINTING COST? 

 

It varies so much. It depends on how many you’re ordering and what the printing is like (just one color on the front only, versus two color front and three color back, etc) and what kind of shirt it is. There is no standard price. Get in touch with us for a custom price!

CAN I GET JUST ONE?

 

No, sorry, you can't order just one item printed. Screen printing involves a ton of set up work, and that is why we have minimums. If you need just a couple, look into "DTG Printing."

HOW DO I SUBMIT ARTWORK? 

 

Just email it to contact@lowroadmerch.co and we’ll check it out. If your file is too big to email to us, just use something like Dropbox and email us the link.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ARTWORK?

 

No problem! Tell us your ideas and we can create it for you. We have several different graphic designers on staff.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?

 

After you give your payment for your order, we can then order the blank shirts or hoodies or whatever we need, and those generally arrive in 1 or 2 business days, though some items, especially some American Apparel items, can take a week to get to us. Generally, orders are shipped out in one to two weeks, although it may take longer for very large, complicated orders, or orders requiring blank items that take a while to get to us.

 

WHATS THE DEAL WITH PREORDERS?

 

Pre-sales open on a predetermined and advertised date and close on a predetermined and advertised date. All pre-sold apparel and accessories are shipped from our production shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma within TEN DAYS of the closing of pre-sales. 

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

Every once in a while, between the USPS and our distributor, things go array. If you are missing merchandise, or your order arrived differently than you ordered it, please email our merchandising manager at contact@lowroadmerch.co to find a solution that works for you.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We accept returns on unworn merchandise, if necessary, however, we would prefer to find a solution that puts our merch where it belongs, on our Tulsa music fans! If you have issues with your order, please email contact@lowroadmerch.co to find a solution that works for you.

 

WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG ON MY ORDER?

All items are shipped with 72 hours of being placed. We use USPS and provide tracking info with order confirmation. If you have tracked your shipment and have discovered an issue, please email contact@lowroadmerch.co
